I'm going to start showcasing some recipes on the blog. Before becoming a cattle farmer, I cooked steaks (T-bones, Ribeyes, and Filets only) and ground beef. Now that I've got freezers full of ALL cuts, I've had to learn how to cook some new things. And we've all been pleasantly surprised! So I'll be sharing these recipes to show off some of the cuts of meat you might be less familiar with! I'll also share some of my favorite bread, jam, and dessert recipes.
